Same! Always worry about them overheating both being black but they seem fine 😍
My old black cat used to stay out in the blazing sun until his fur was red hot & then stagger into the coolness of my living room!

I did try to tell him about overheating, but he took no notice :) He'd get so hot that I could barely put my hand on his back!

Miss Cleo is exactly the same. She sings to herself daily and with the sun coming up early it makes her worse 🤣
I wish mine sung, he screams more like. When I first got him I was nervous he was sick or in pain. I realised he's just an attention. Seeker 😂

Susan screams at the walls sometimes. She gets this look on her face and we just know she's about to lose her tit. The infamous Nam Eyes.

Little girl only miaows quietly (I got her first) when she wants her litter tray changed. Was a big shock when I got him 😂

Peach screams to tell us off. If we're too slow at something or she feels something isn't right, she'll let us know.

One of ours occasionally does a sort of wall of death run round the room, screeching his head off. Then he collapses in a heap of cute, and goes to sleep. Meanwhile, our nerves are in shreds.

That's so funny! Susan's just a madwoman, she's goes off like a frog in a sock for no reason.

This is her about to freak out. We call it Nam Eyes because she looks like she just got back from a war zone.

I'd call it "typical cat overdramaticising a tiny event" 😂 stunning as usual regardless little friend Susan
I've had many cats over the years -I got my first one aged 4 and I'm 59 this year- and I've never had one like little friend Susan. All cats have weird little habits but she's something else.

Their little personalities are just fascinating. I had a cat as a child who ate fabric,we couldn't leave any clothes out, she would eat and swallow pieces of them. Weirdly never had any adverse effects, the litter tray was 🤢 though. My current 2 are my favourites I've ever had, one a needy mess who miaows endlessly and I do complain but I love him and I love his neediness, loves being carried and insists on it while I'm doing anything ay home. Other girl very independent but clever and very purry

It's no secret Pooh was my favourite cat. I could look at that face for hours.

Ill give you 24 hours with cleo and you'll realise how bad she is 🤣 she will sit in the hallway and miaow to herself. She looks at me whilst doing it. I say to her "come in the room, come chill" I will pick her up to cuddle her she will then run back out the room and start crying again. She cries when she's hungry, when she needs her litter tray cleaned and she has a little meow for when she's tired. She used to cry when she was sick but that's stopped 🤣 when she was a kitten everytime she cried i would go see her and now ive encouraged her.

Aw, Cleo. That sounds pretty full on. Sue's a yowler but it's not a daily thing and Thor is so quiet with his little croak.
Does she do other things for attention as well?

Sometimes it is frustrating, it's a daily occurrence. I dont want to shout at her but its always when im eating dinner or watching something on TV. I adore her, she's the best girl but she does meow a lot. That's her only bad habit. Now its getting lighter in the mornings she will cry until I get out of bed to feed her. She only cries when im in the house, if its her and my boyfriend she's silent but as soon as I arrive home it starts 🤣 I know its because I used to always go to her when she cried so she does it knowing ill come see her. Ive tried to stop it now and I'm hoping she will grow out of it. Never had such a vocal cat in my life! Louie was very quiet, he hardly made a noise at all.

Ah, good luck with that, We've had Merry and Loki for 7 years and Merry hasn't shut up since she arrived. We just have conversations with her now and once she realises we're talking gibberish she gives us 'the look' and stalks off. Generally she's quiet between midnight and 5 am so we'll take that as a win. 😻😻😻😻😻😻

Is it different styles of miaows? Mine have different ones for different things, other people think I'm insane but (for example, when my cats are staying with my parents)andni hear a miapw I can say "oh she wants water, he wants the food bowl moved"

Oh lord 🤣 she's just a chatterbox. I do talk to her and sometimes she will stop. Thankfully cleo does sleep through the night now. She went through a stage where if she was awake you had to be too. The amount of times I sat in the living room playing with her half asleep and as soon as she fell asleep I rushed back to bed 🤣

Most of her miaows are high pitched... she does a low short one if she's tired. She is good for walking to what she wants, if it mainly an attention thing though 🤣
