I used to follow and like Shannon a lot a few years ago. She was pretty, interesting, and good at make up in those early tutorial days.
Fast forward to 2021/22 - where she seems to have gotten a little too big for her boots because of her vastly inflated income, and churns out mediocre content if she can be arsed.
Worst of all though what has she done to her face. ?
Fillers and Botox have made her look puffy and large faced.
Such a shame because these days she’s less relatable than before when she was literally the girl next door.
Not sure how she’ll cope with a baby, her mental health seems fragile often to be honest.

Most likely nothing. Her channel hasn’t changed, these been no re-vamp on her channel. Her videos from a year ago range between 60k - 80k views. If she’s posted a video about an up date in her life. Her views are higher. I have to wonder though… is the beauty guru thing really just becoming a phase now? YouTubers blame the algorithm, and they are probably right.. but I have to wonder, is her sub count getting lower cause her channel is boring.
I saw that I was like… wow, when my cousin had her baby.. she really had to budget for a crib etc even before her son was born. No self awareness that girl.Now trying to score a free nappy bag.

Obviously how someone spends their money is up to themselves but I swear YouTubers are just obsessed with having the biggest home that they can get, regardless of whether or not they can realistically keep paying for it forever.
tbf to her she really did everything at the right time, her peak was when sponsorships/adsense were at an all time high, and she's been on youtube for like 10 years. i remember watching her makeup collection in like 2013 and it was mostly drugstore and quite small, and within the span of about 2 years she had an entire makeup ROOM full of high end products. she has raked in a lot of money over the years and because of the amount of PR she gets she's barely had to spend any of her own money on makeup. not sure how profitable xobeauty is though .. i actually loved her videos back in like 2013-2015 but i dont watch anymore as i cant stand her ridiculously big pr unboxings followed by decluttering and then accepting MORE PR. so wasteful!

It is Big, I think cause she's seen her YouTube friends homes.. she's wanting the same thing. I mean.. she's worked hard for it.. she puts out the same makeup tutorial every week, on the same channel that hasn't changed for over a decade.The house she's building looks gigantic
I've noticed, that her followers on IG are still same.. it hasn't really gotten any bigger over the years. She has 3mil subscribers on YouTube and just 1.3mil on IG... not too mention her engagement on IG doesn't seem to be a lot.

Okay so her face? I know pregnant women -or when you gain weight in general- you get swollen, but it looks fake? Like she can't properly move her lips and her cheekbobnes? Has she had something done on her face prior to the pregnancy? It doesn't look like all natural to me. Could be wrong.

I watched her recent vlog and she said she hasn't eaten all day.. and was making herself something to eat at 2pm. Surely she isn't intermittently eating?! Like, at least have some breakfast. I know pregnant women might have different eating patterns... but why not have something to eat for breakfast?
I've noticed it as well, I'm assuming she's gained weight?! As she now has a noticeable double chin and you can see it in her arms and hands. But I get what you mean though.
