Just gonna put it out there but I added Hamish on snapchat back in like 2014/2015 and he was nothing but a flirt. He used to send videos to me instead of snaps, assuming so I couldn't screenshot he was saying but lets just say we're better off that way....we would talk a lot and then one day I was deleted.. assuming he got caught out who knows

I’m in the group of people who have unsubbed. I did it today. She’s boring as fuck, a whingey bitch and literally a walking self promo AD. Nothing is genuine anymore.

I liked her and wanted to see her succeed but since her gifted wedding dress promo and advertising fucking that pathetic Eugia or whatever it’s called in her wedding video I was out.

I found it funny how she use to get paid posts from Juenora to suddenly having her own brand of the same product as Juenora. Only she swears by that hers is better. I get it, influencers tend to bring out their own product along the same line as the PR products that they get. I just thought it was funny how she copied (some disagree) an NZ brand to make her own collagen brand.

There's literally no point watching her when everything is gifted PR or sponsored...she likes EVERYTHING because its free. The one time she actually paid for her own stuff (glossier) she hated all of it.

She has recently come up on my FYP for Mcobeauty! - anyway I read through the comments, which said along the lines 'oh, now that you are getting paid, are you actually going to keep using these products' - which she said 'if you watch my videos, I use these products often'

So, I did just that... went through a WHOLE ass year of videos on her youtube channel, and she only uses the Mcobeauty foundation 6 times... 6 times in a whole year, and twice this year

I went to comment 'actually you have only used this foundation 8 times, which is not often, maybe off camera but not in your make up videos on youtube which you said. which by the way the make up videos have pretty low views. have you lost followers? cause it use to be at 3mil now you're at 2.95mil with 50K being your most median views of a video' - bruh... the amount of minions that came for me Next minute - my comment was removed, so was the previous comment that was left from the person who asked if she was going to keep using these products, among many other comments that called her out that were also removed

I didn't care, cause shes making an ad for a makeup brand where she has said (and she can't gaslight people) that she will be buying these products for the rest of her life... I mean, that's a bold statement from someone who has a makeup brand, who gets endless amounts of PR makeup. No doubt, she will post a vlog talking about how she does use it often (but won't say if she uses it often in her makeup videos) to gaslight her audience, who don't know how to keep her accountable, but instead will support her, because to her... that's enough to ignore the issue.

Then she will post another Vlog about her mental health etc. Bruh... Im over influencers in general using their mental health as an excuse for things THEY KNOW they fucked up - Shannon is no exception to that rule. Neither is Hamish.

Often? that's laughable.... the same makeup looks are 'often used'

sorry about the rant... I saw a lot of comments on that TikTok calling her out about if she was still going to be using these makeup brands and her just not taking accountability of the fact that she said 'I will buy these for the rest of my life now' when we all (those who aren't blinded) know she isn't. - the comment section is now at 58 it was higher than that a few days ago.

Plus people saying she is the most genuinue person on youtube, shit... everyone said the same thing about James Charles.

I know deep down in the abyss of my soul that Shannon is a good person. She's just a shit youtuber - not going to say Beauty Guru cause she hasn't been a beauty guru since 2010.

Hi! Came across this thread and had to share an opinion lolol. Random take, but I think Shan would look so much better with brunette/darker hair? Not sure why, but the yellowy blonde with the roots does not suit her complexion at all. Not that blonde hair is outdated at all, but something about the tone of her brows and hair make her look kind of tacky.

I think a hair change or a something fresh would give her SOME 'revamp' content and just something new for a change. Pretty sure shes a natural brunette anyways.

Her natural hair colour is dark brown. The blonde is all bleach so probably why. I like when she has more of a dirty blonde colour the white blonde is too much.

It literally does not matter what the size says on the label! She could look so much more comfortable (and flattering) in a size and style of clothing that fit her body correctly - pregnant or not! Not all bunching or puckering in the wrong places! There’s some beautiful maternity(or just bigger size) clothing choices she could make!
She has a big platform and pregnancy weight gain/shape change is so normal she shouldn’t be fighting it and lying saying she’s whatever size, as you say could be so helpful to other expectant mums who follow her!

Agreed! I just feel she would definitely help other new mams feel that it's normal to have weight gain during pregnancy and normalize it. I know it would have helped my own family members who are mams to embrace it.

I find it interesting how there are only a handful of "influencers" who show what being pregnant is like for them. While majority don't show it, in fear it could affect their brand.

That little white Porsche is not the car I thought it was her in; it was a little black Merc hatchback and I've seen a blonde woman (long blonde hair) driving it a handful of times now (could've sworn it was her).
