She's jealous because she'll never lose the weight. Not because she has a disorder but because she can't stop shovelling junk into that triple chin face she has. She doesn't like healthy people because they show her what she can never be. She's as weird on the outside as she is on the in. Full of lies and deceit just to earn enough to throw another maccies down her gob. What a way to live. I hope James realises he's not in a relationship. He's her carer. He deserves more. Hell he deserves to get his leg over more than once every 5 years!

You’re right, she hadn’t mentioned it ages! What with that & the double chin caption after that’s been mentioned on here, it does make you wonder if she’s paid us a visit!
I totally appreciate weight is easier to lose for some than it is others and motivation especially during this bloody pandemic can be low but surely it’s worth it for a healthier life? Especially when a lot of people praise exercise for helping greatly with their mental health. And I know first hand that bigger bodies can be healthy bodies but nothing about her screams health. It’s worrying for people sucked into her anti diet - pro large preaching. I don’t believe in diets, those skinny coffees and juicing rubbish but a balanced diet with a good walk everyday could do wonders for not just her but anyone.
I gained a lot of weight after being put on lithium last year and I have found it difficult to lose the weight but it takes willpower and that’s what she doesn’t have.
over the last 4 months I have lost 25lbs just by eating healthier but not depriving myself of anything either. I have still had a maccies or some other takeaway, today I had a chocolate bar and an iced latte but I also exercise. I eat less and move more and is that unhealthy? Of course it isn’t, but Liv likes to pretend it is. My mental health has never been better and it’s time to get my physical health back to peak fitness. I don’t really feel like I’m dieting because I’m not depriving myself. Do I still have eating disordered thoughts? Yes, because I have struggled with ED’s for 20yrs pretty much, same with SH. I think about it but don’t do it.

Erm....no, it simply means your body has got bigger and your skin has stretched. Whether that's weight gain or pregnancy. They are what they are.
