Sorry guys for anyone eating, but I genuinely think there is such an unnecessary stigma about it that I find really odd. Like people holding it in all day as they’ll never go in public, it’s so unhealthy! Anyway I’ll shut up now, maybe I’ll start an activist Instagram account about it.
