Does Ryan Atkin have absolutely nothing else to post about? It's either his wife's weightloss or moving to Spain/what he gave up to move to Spain etc. Its very repetitive and just gives off the impression that he's not actually that busy with his coaching
Had to unfollow he is insufferable
I used to like him and thought fair play for getting up and moving to Spain but one of his recent stories saying "we went from having two cars" and naming the brands and then saying about how his last house had 14 rooms - shut up mate are we including utility rooms as a room now 
just feel like hes embarrassed by the fact he's in a 2 bed apartment now (absolutely no need to be embarrassed) and trying to justify it to everyone, nobody cares. Self validation is no validation at all.

Is he trying to show how much better his life is in comparison to his followers. I really don't understand it. He's coming across really arrogant and a know it all
I think we get it, he's moved to Spain and he's ALIGNED
His post about not truly understanding parents really rubbed me up the wrong way. Comes across as arrogant, and was probably pretty rude to any of his clients who were mums

He's said a few things recently that ive really had to stop myself from commenting on. 1. That if your child is overweight you are a child abuser! If only it was that black and white. Oh and that his child will not be allowed an iPad. His wee boy was about a week old when he said this- parenting expert
hes a foolAnyone follow Lily Anderson? Young girl with a really annoying accent who has just done prep, periods have stopped and just seems generally quite unhinged. Quite concerning though that there will be young people following her thinking that her extreme cut is normal and aspire the be like her

Yeah very bizarre and cryptic. She comes across as a total attention seeker though so doesn’t surprise me. She had a full on meltdown because a friend couldn’t make her body building competition a few weeks back. And I first came across her account when she moved back from Dubai and was making a series of videos talking about her controlling/abusive relationship over there. Think she’s just a really immature wee girl who loves the drama and being centre of attention!
