I’ve not got a clue how I am following half these “fitness coaches” running after 3 kids and housework on top of working and eating normal home cooked dinners seems to have worked out for me, but…. just saw stories of someone who trains with David Hatt and she eats 1200 calories a day, works out 5 times a week and does cardio training?!

is that normal?! Doesn’t take an expert to say you’d lose weight on that but this must be why it’s all unsustainable and they are constantly on diets every few months. Get to the peak shape then eat normal gain it all again and then back on the super duper amazing transformation journey



is this normal to recommend people to do this for 3-4 months at a time??
