Its so expensive for what it is 😂 my friend done 12WP and the plan she got was legit the same as the one I got for £40 from a PT in my gym 😂 it’s an actual scam hahahaha

I think they go the route of “you’re investing in yourself”, I stupidly fell for it, was the most expensive coaching I’ve ever done and was definitely not the best lol

One of the girls in my work was doing it and it was honestly nothing you couldn't teach yourself. £375 is alot of someone to hold you accountable. Wonder if they will get all 400 with the cost of living...

Also from checking there posts seems to be same people going round in the vicious diet cycle, lose it then put it back on. No better than WW or SW.

I find the whole instagram results thing really bad on me. Like I didn’t look like them with six packs therefore I’ve failed. I bought into it initially but can see how bad it is. Some of the people are constantly signed up including “friends”. Surely the sign of a good PT is you leave them and can do it yourself

On their Instagram it’s always the same ppl, they are taking advantage of ppl and allowing them to literally spend hundreds of pounds every year to work with them even though they don’t need to

I hadn’t seen his page for ages and just looked. Reeks of MLM. 10k+ followers but only 100 likes on some posts but buying two houses? They look like such an odd couple too.
