He's said a few things recently that ive really had to stop myself from commenting on. 1. That if your child is overweight you are a child abuser! If only it was that black and white. Oh and that his child will not be allowed an iPad. His wee boy was about a week old when he said this- parenting expert hes a dick

Can we throw "mraesthetic13" into the mix here..

1) Constantly talks about money and what he's going to be buying as if its impressing his followers when in actual fact everyone is cringing
2) Forever putting up " ask me" boxes and I'm convinced he asks half the questions himself because it's always " how many business do you have" .. let's be real Kirk I don't think you can count selling nasal sprays and steroids out your gym as another business. Oh and neither is selling your arse on only fans.
3) Someone asked him to "spell properly" in his last Q&A, his spelling is atrocious and he wrote " millionaires don't need to learn how to spell" .. well maybe they should learn how to count cause you certainly can't
4) Says he will retire his parents, I thought if you were such a baller you'd already have retired them
5) Preaches about mental health and how people shouldn't worry about going to the gym and then puts up posts like " tell me your pet hates of what people do in the gym that's annoying" .. WTF let people live! And you wonder why your gym is empty

He creeps me out. Heard some rumours he slept with clients in toilets of extreme gym. He can’t be that busy and a baller if he’s constantly on Instagram. These “busy” PTs where do they find the time? These Q&A boxes get on my last nerve. I’m positive a lot of PTs do that

Does Ryan Atkin have absolutely nothing else to post about? It's either his wife's weightloss or moving to Spain/what he gave up to move to Spain etc. Its very repetitive and just gives off the impression that he's not actually that busy with his coaching

i cannot stand the upgraded coach chris bradley on instagram. it is so obvious he is running an mlm and i wish he would be called out for it. if you go onto his business on companies house they have been given notice to be struck off and dissolved so he is obviously making no money at all yet still scamming people. does anyone know how much his coaching mentor program actually is ?

They are all money grabbers. A family member of mine used to go to one of the MTN coaches for PT and said he was so unreliable would cancel and say he had no child care but would then a short time later put videos up training your instagrammers or influencers as if he treated them better and would double book.

Vivienne McLaughlin (the wee PT) defo got a gastric band. You can see the valve in her photos!! Not a word of it tho. Just pure hard work

The quality of her content is shocking for someone with that size following.

Also cannot deal with the about of MTN (mainly 12 Week Peak) posts on my Discover page. Some of the before photos are from two years ago and they have folk thinking if they live miserably for 12 weeks they’re going to look like that.
