Don’t get me started on chellebellfitness personally I think her approach to fitness and food is very unhealthy and unsustainable she’s always crash dieting for one thing or another.

Totally agree with all this. Dale and Ryan seem quite down to earth like they are bangers but not as much as a banger as DHATT.I think MTN are struggling at the moment. There seemed to be some teasers a while ago about new pts being recruited but nothing ever materialised?
I also have a feeling that dale and ryan are going to jump ship soon
it’s dying a death only so many times you can “relaunch” shit & do the 12 week peak boring.
