She could be microdosing, either way she definitely restricts, if you watch her vlogs she has a lot of things like protein smoothies which actually have very little calories - circa 300 for breakfast. She’s been doing boot camp type workouts since the start of the year but she rarely films any of that for content, just refers to it. Sounds like it is resistance based and she was always a fan on spinning so maybe still doing that.
I think she lost a ton of weight after Joe just bc of the breakup, that’s really common, and since then has put a tiny bit back on but makes a massive effort to restrict and work out to keep so lean. The thing is you don’t have to be on full strength

to get an effect, at her weight it’d probably make her quite ill if she was on theraputic dose, but real possibility she is taking a micro dose to take the edge off. Personally think she is just really strict with her diet bc it’s a massive part of her platform, being snatched, super slim and bouji.
