I didn't see a thread on this, so wanted to see if others felt the same about these award shows, especially the Grammy's and the Brits. It's a load of ass kissing, highfalutin nonsense in my opinion. I just find it all a bit ridiculous. What do you guys think?

He was also supposed to do some festival in Tel Aviv that ended up canceled.

There was backlash about Sam being booked to play that festival, concerning Israel/Palestine etc.

Noone’s quite sure who pulled the plug first, Sam or the organiser. The whole first day of the festival was cancelled along with the other performances, the second day still went ahead I think.

I actually can’t decide if he is driving this and craves the attention and wants these outfits, to shock and get fame, or, if he’s been told if he wants this latest album out then he needs to go down this pornographic, fetishy route and he’s actually gritting his teeth hating it all.

Whichever one it is, the result is he looks desperate, unwashed, sweaty, and detracting from any talent he once had. I’ve never been a fan of his voice but I did like his initial suits and jewellery when he first started.

When you're on a night out you're not looking around for celebrities so wouldn't usually know if you were in their company. But if you're walking along and some idiot is shouting the loudly after a celebrity your attention will be drawn to something you'd have otherwise missed.
