Sam was on This Morning earlier, from Buckingham Palace, no less. (Lovely ) Phil was a bit more gracious to him than his last interview. Sam was gorgeous. As always. His family, partner and team must be exploding with pride. Not at how well he’s doing but how he’s handling all the attention and enhanced fame with such grace and gratitude.
Ah Sam Just such a lovely, kind and thoughtful person. I hadn't heard of him or the song before last week but the goodness from him shines through. And you just know if he becomes really successful he will do good things with his wealth.

Sam will be ending a great year for him by doing the New Year's Eve show It's nice to see the BBC getting behind him so much with this and how much he featured on Strictly at the weekend
I put this in the Secret Celeb Gossip thread but I should post it here too.
My daughter works in Manchester and saw (heard him first) Sam Ryder singing in the street. She's not sure what he was doing there but there was a crowd and when he'd finished she said he spent about an hour with the fans and happily taking photos and signing stuff.
This was about a week ago now. She said he was lovely with everyone.
Is he there as a guest or entertaining? If it's entertaining, don't knock it. Stephen Mulhern has earned shed loads of money from doing Butlin's for years.
