I don’t even know where to start I mean that guy’s teeth are full on hilarious, why would you do that?!

I think on the guy’s stories there’s one showing them back at her hotel, so that’s nice. Imagine being so desperate to eat something more substantial than a side salad that you’ll go out with two random men who’ve hired you to nosh them off wearing your surgical stockings after they’ve bought you a steak.

And who hits the town and gets on the ale 3 days post surgery? Surely the clinic will see that too and be like WTAF SAL?

Oh guaranteed 100% an maybe some self inflicted pain to her few day old surgeries absolutely disgusting to show that on her stories with so many Young girls watching who stupidly will think it’s fine to go out an about 3 days after such invasive surgery if that’s what she wanted to do then do it but to plaster it all over her stories knowing there’s sadly young influential girls on ther watching who want to sadly go into that industry is a disgrace on her part , but as long as Sal is doin what she wants she has no concern for others , makes me sick
