Yes it’s up for sale, it’s on Rightmove. It’s pretty easy to find, it’s Bramhall, Stockport, £1.25m. 4 bed, added on 25/9.
No idea if it’s in Ryan’s name only or both.

It's a lovely house but I feel it's not got much ground floor space and rooms for that price.
What a lovely home, I’d be very sad to leave there.
They have done a lot of work on it & compared to what it was like when they bought it, it unrecognisable. But there is definitely better priced/cheaper in the area with more space.
Wonder what there reasons are for selling & if they are going back down South or will buy another in the North West.
When scarlet is playing at sold out stadiums she’ll buy him a mansion
I think Scarlett can sing. Her song is absolutely crap though, and like someone said, you can’t hear what’s she’s singing
They’ll need a tit ton more to buy an equivalent in the South. They have done a lot of work on it & compared to what it was like when they bought it, it unrecognisable. But there is definitely better priced/cheaper in the area with more space.

I don’t think Lucy will need to worry, her Dad is an extremely successful property developer with various companies. She’s mentioned in interviews how her Dad told her to invest early on from her Towie days and why she has multiple properties down South that she lets out.
Just don’t understand why the Stockport house is reportedly only in Ryan’s name, doesn’t seem a very smart move.
Seems crazy that they would move further afield when Roman has gone back to school and Lilah has just started reception class.
Could be downgrading because Ryan is skint.
I know Bramhall, that house is on a main road and a busy one at that. During rush hour its stop and start, takes ages to get along there to the bypass or worse coming from the bypass direction and into Bramhall, passing the house, its very congested. Worse when its bin day, the traffic can easily be a mile long. However in past years George Best owned a house there within a minute or so from that house and so did David Dickenson, the other end though, quieter.
