It's a lovely house but I feel it's not got much ground floor space and rooms for that price.

They have done a lot of work on it & compared to what it was like when they bought it, it unrecognisable. But there is definitely better priced/cheaper in the area with more space.

I don’t think Lucy will need to worry, her Dad is an extremely successful property developer with various companies. She’s mentioned in interviews how her Dad told her to invest early on from her Towie days and why she has multiple properties down South that she lets out.
Just don’t understand why the Stockport house is reportedly only in Ryan’s name, doesn’t seem a very smart move.
Seems crazy that they would move further afield when Roman has gone back to school and Lilah has just started reception class.
