she didn’t pursue it as she didn’t ‘want to commute’. Her words. I shit you not
And the rest of us get up at 6am because we have a lust for commuting

If m&s are using unrelatable people like her with such terrible adverts no wonder their non food sales are dire

I agree re: the awkward stance, but also the bump-holding is weird too. Is she trying to accentuate it? Is she worried it’s not big enough or that people will just think she’s fat? It’s so odd!
I have been getting increasingly irritated by it too!! “Look at me!!! I’ve been knocked up”

She’s another one who claims to be so busy yet she’s always off out.... but then puts disclaimers in about working hard to catch up. I’d hate to see these bloggers/instagrammers work a real job with normal hours!

I can’t believe some of those tweets!! 🤬Absolutely disgusting comments - and that’s what she’s shared on a public forum, imagine what gets said in private!!

I agree with everything that’s been said here - she’s abhorrent. Nothing more to add really, other than the fact that she can’t say ‘th’. She pronounces the sound as ‘f’ or ‘d’. Bugs me!

I am all for having neutral walls, even in a baby room but yikes, that room looks sterile and cold. Maybe it will come together better. I think it would look nice with dark floorboards, a bright rug and nice paintings on the walls.

It’s a bit emperor new clothes isn’t it? I mean, it’s nice enough room, it has the potential to be lovely but it’s a little stark at the moment. I sort of get the feeling it’s going to look like every other room in the house, whatever paint brand she uses really. Nothing wrong with that but I’m surprised she didn’t show it with a few more accessories in it. The paint looks quite shiny, does Valspar come out like that?
It is meant to be shiny and not matte, as far as I am aware. It makes it easier to wipe if need be.

She logged a complaint! Didn't supply any evidence or examples of abusive comments by the looks of it...
I thought she was blocking the site! Someone's still reading!

It amazes me how in such a short space of time she's gone from not wanting a child and being pretty derogatory about people that have children, to bring pregnant, to already discussing 'next children' before this one is even here.

In the last week or two she's discussed having another before this one is out of prison cot and how a disadvantage of her freebie buggy is that it's not suitable for multiple children but how she can always use a sling and a buggy board with it.

I appreciate changing your mind but going from not wanting kids to already planning your second and third in the near future before your first is even born?

Maybe experience this new born first before you're worrying about begging for a double buggy and a sling.

Every child is different with different needs. New borns are hard and toddlers even harder! They haven't even started to adjust to having one child in their life. I don't think she even considers this, just her image.

Unless it will be the nannies job to deal with the practicalities. 😒
I think it is pretty weird. I've been unsure of having kids since I was about 18, and even now at 27, I'm still not sure I want them. Your mind doesn't change overnight. I have said it before and I will say it again, I wouldn't be surprised if it was more that her husband wanted them, as he is much older than her, so she went along with it.

What gets me is why don’t her parents realise what they have created? Her mum evidently lives a very privileged life and always has? I bet she never worked once she’d got married #stepfordwife
How do you know that her mum has a privileged life? I don't recall seeing anything about her. Her parents are probably the same.

I suspect Rebecca would argue that she did disclose it, there is a short vague sentence at the end of the blog post saying there are some gifted items (but the post isn’t sponsored 🤦‍♀️)

But you have to wade down through all the photos on the blog to get to the disclosure and there are a LOT of photos. I stopped counting at 50 and there were lots more. I’d be surprised if many people read to the end of the blog posts.

She did disclose the headboard was gifted in a later post but you’d have to be on the ball to spot it and who knows whether the asterix was there when the post went up? I wasn’t following her then so I don’t know.

She’d probably argue she’s disclosed it, but I agree from a consumer perspective it’s unlikely it was obvious - you are clearly unsure, I was too until I did some rooting around. Does it meet the CMA requirements? Hmm I’m not sure it does.

The headboard was gifted, I think the lights were (she has definitely worked with Cox and Cox), the paint may be (she has worked with B&Q on a paid advert for F&B paint before), the bedding was a paid for advert with White Company, not sure about the Swoon bedside tables (I know they do gift influencers, so maybe). We shouldn't really have to guess or try to piece it all together should we?

Also surprise - my comment hasn’t been published on the blog post. She may aswell talk to her boring white walls for all the ‘conversation’ she’s interested in

I went to the same school as Rebecca (couple years above). The school invites past students to volunteer as “helpers” on the trip. I think there has been some fudging of the ages though, as this trip happens in year 8 (when you’re 12/13?).

Jesus. So he was 22 or 23?

Yeah I don't understand the box sets either. Even when my husband and I were on our babymoon and I wasn't drinking, we were still out every night, enjoying the night life, walking on the beach etc. Even if they don't want to be out, I can think of far better things to do with my husband in a hotel room than watch tv ??
I think it would be depressing to go somewhere like that and watch tv hahaha. Why don't they snorkle or something?

I wonder if the PR teams at good old fashioned M&S, trendy Joules and The White Company etc. are aware of this element of their past? It’s hardly in any of their brands ‘fit’ is it?.........They’re paying this homely, well to do pair to in essence be a face for their brands......
