I've finally found it, am well jel, love a bit of mid century modern, would love to see inside, outside does look fab if you're a fan of that era of architecture.

There’s no google on the house , it must have been a private sale.

It’s a steep driveway with a wooden balcony on the front. There’s a well established garden too.

But the pool looks identical
Does it have green chairs in the kitchen and a blue island.

Yes it was. I had my babies at a similar time and i was desperate for her ti upload more as i loved the content. I think she was lazy with it

She mentioned this was her 'forever location' but I don't think she said anything about it being her forever home I wouldn't be surprised if, when she's done renovating this house, she moves again...to the house next door.

I’m in the village but going up every which way but...

Just passed a woman mowing her lawn.

The village has a very popular pub/restaurant/hotel. You need to look next door to it.

We did a private sale once, you agree the price ,miss out the Estate Agent and arrange as usual with the Solicitor..

The land registry of the old house is still in their name. They aren’t behind on updating as far as I know like they were last March.

Having watched Caroline Hirons live yesterday I’m convinced that was filmed in Ruth’s old dressing room. She filmed it on one of her house tours.

I definitely think you’ve got the right one, in the snowy pic there was what looked like a church behind the trees and that would fit with the view from the house looking on google maps... (edited to add: pretty sure it is visible on satellite view too)

i know the exact house and location but the location on satellite on Maps was close to non existent

No, I live miles away and don't even drive Just had a look on Google Maps Street view and it looks great

I’d type it out if I felt allowed Look up Trevor Osbornes house in the village then look along that road at a house to the right, set high up from the road

LR takes a few months for the properties to be available online iirc.

I honestly can’t see the Hirons family settling for good in a fairly isolated area of Somerset, it’s bizarre.

I would so love to ask Ruth.
