So, I am not even surprised that the thought of studying with "100 of people" is scary, because she probably realized that she won't be the sharpest knife in the drawer. But wasn't she a self-proclaimed tea enthusiast? Wasn't drinking coffee the past year one of her biggest personality traits? Do I smell lies here, Roobs? Also, wasn't little miss claiming that she HONASTLY loves reading for pleasure and she reads hundreds of books per year? What are those - more lies?

Is it just me, or is it truly worrying that she answers the question with the word "someone ..." as if she is about to create a new fake persona?

Not to mention how "publishing a children's book" is now within 5-year range in her plans... Just sad to watch because for me it seems that even she herself doesn't know who she actually is and what she likes, or wants to do in life... Half of the planner is full of useless things that aren't academic-related and already pre-filled.

I am also an idiot who thought a candle like that is called a candlestick (although I have no interest in candles, unlike Ruby who is supposedly OBSASSED with them). But if anyone picked me up on it I would definitely have googled and realised my mistake, rather than blindly insisting what I said was right.
I thought they were called candlestick too, but mainly because candles like that are called „Stabkerzen“ in German, which reminds me of candlestick

Ruby went ahead and made the floor her ceiling.

Why put effort into anything when you can convince yourself that doing absolutely nothing but go on an endless series of lengthy holidays is as hard as you can work?

“someone who gets tea and coffee out and about” why do you need to have that as a goal for who you want to be at the end of the year? you can just do that, like, now. you live in the uk, go to any large town and there’ll be starbucks, costa, caffe nero… potentially even a - gasp - independent coffee shop! good grief.

"I deserve to be here" ah yes because wealthy private school kids who live in their parents manor notoriously feel out of place at Oxford </3

Well OBVIARSELY that is incorrect because it’s a definition from the Cambridge dictionary and Ruby is going to Hogwarts AXE-FORD.
Sorry, my mistake!

Though, please do note that this is the Oxford advanced learner's dictionary and, given the grasp ruby has of the English language, it might be a bit unfair to expect Roobee to know this.

This is incredibly sad, to see a grown woman having to need to write out some bizarre kind of mind map that lists who she wishes she could be. No matter what good things have happened in her life, no matter what experiences and all the luxury she enjoys, the immense freedom and lack of responsibility, she still is extremely unhappy with herself and trying to figure out who she is by dreaming of taking on odd challenges. Just so pathetic. I know she has been in and out of therapy, but it doesn't seem to be helping. I am not seeing any improvements. Only more confusion as to her seeking her own self as she approaches her mid 20's.

She's how old? 23? I've got a case of second hand embarrassment. She is so cringe.
I've had to unfollow someone I actually know on IG. She is planting some fruit trees and is 'looking forward to twirling in the orchard in autumn'
She is in her mid 30s.

She knows if she admits that all the aesthetics are fake, her dream to be a writer is fake, her love of learning is fake, and basically, everything she claims to love and like was borrowed from someone else - fictional or real -, she would remain empty because during her teenage years and university years instead of finding out who she is and what does she want from life, she spent every waking day with lies and aesthetics, fabricated personalities and playing pretend.

That is a lot to unpack and unfortunately, I don't think she is ready for it. She is not even ready to address the issues in the first place. And I'm sure her mum - from what we know from her poems and blog entries - is not helping her at all. We can see how she is constantly corrected in the comment section and she can't deal with a single tiny correction, let alone admitting that she f*cked up her teenage and university years.

At least Martha seems to be more independent and has actual interests, friends and a life - far from them.

The absolute state of her nails 😭😩 Ruby, get a professional manicure I'm begging you, you have the money for it. Half chipped varnish, cracks, dirty nails, you'd think she's just stepped off a refugee boat after three weeks at open sea. You live in a manor, you do duck all all day. Good grief.

I do exercises like these every now and then to keep myself on track, but Ruby’s answers here made me so sad… she clearly has no direction in life or real passion. A regular person’s answers would have direction and intention behind them. You want to choose big things that would seriously improve the trajectory of your life, career, relationships, wellbeing etc and move you toward your big goals.

Buying tea and coffee out has to be the saddest aspiration I have ever heard 😭

can't make this up. Painting for her sister's book binding which has potential! (If it had been done by a 1 year old). "Slightly overestimated" is an understatement, Rob.
Hey small human 2 art work from nursery is miles better than that sometimes you can see her handprint instead of a random page of splodges

Rumbster claims this is her favorite page in the entire planner—because she has to have a favorite everything—but can't even be bothered to decorate it lololololololol lazy tit just brings out an old footage, from last year? her planner is the most basic crap that I can't tell them apart.

Rumbster is the biggest hater of this planner.

It's especially stupid because Ruby has been claiming for a really long time that she already is that person.

Any time there's NYORD V.P. ANNE sponsorship ads to do or she needs an extra activity to pad a faked vlog, she claims she's always going into town or going to London, taking up space in every café and tea room around and she's JANUINELY doing it solo and ABSOLYOOTLEEEE WAHRKING AND STODDYING VARRY HARD by herself.

She's been claiming for years that she STODDIES SYO MOCH and also READS HONDREDS OF BOCKS FWORE PLAZSHA! Now she's saying she wants to become someone who reads for pleasure alongside studying.

Grades are stopping us from laarrning and Ruby learned that grades weren't important after graduation, but she hasn't bothered removing the prominent section for people to put their ideal grades in their planner. Toxic productivity never dies.

She claims her biggest motivation is growing her mind and changing the way she thinks. But if someone points out when she's objectively wrong about something, she gets passive-aggressive, insists she's right, makes up bizarre excuses for her mistakes and/or gaslights anyone who questions her.

It's just non-stop contradictions, lies, toxic stupidity and exceedingly fake personality traits and interests, and she's far too lazy and brainless to even try to stay consistent with her lies.

And, most importantly, I assume that if someone points out you're doing something wrong, you act like an adult about it instead of reacting like an 8 year old being bullied on the playground.
Absolutely. It's the way to learn & improve. I think (imo, at least) a problem with those, like Ruby, who have an online presence, they are far too used to plaudits and accolades which only add to their over-inflated opinion of self. If anyone offers any kind of constructive criticism or questions something there is a whole army of follows who jump up in their defense. I feel those followers blindly applaud all these influencers do without question or reflection. I wonder if some of them actually think someone like Ruby will feel better about them or feel they are a 'friend' if they 'stick up' for them. If this is the case this is naive to think these people care what their followers think in any real sense. They say they do but honestly beyond an income why would they?
