I found the video on that site with all of her deleted videos. It’s quite a heart warming story actually, she says she had a toy cat called ‘Meower’ when she was a kid which she lost in Australia, they put out a search party, posters and even made a t-shirt (lol) but unfortunately never found it. In the end her dad managed to get a replacement and gave it to her for xmas. She says towards the end that she used to rub Meowers eyes on the floor so they ended up scratched, doesn’t seem like there was any sinister intention behind it and she talks about how much she loved it. My guess is that it was just a sensory thing 🤷‍♀️.

burning candles outdoors, writing a poem and burning it, rubbing the ashes onto a piece of paper? It’s all CREATIVITY.
See this is why she shouldn't live alone. But then again, she's burning stuff on a wooden table in the middle of a garden and the folks are nowhere in sight.

. I mentioned this once before, because it is all too common. You can get away with things when you are a child or teen, but when you become an adult odd behaviour sticks out like a sore thumb and people begin to question it
I feel like (as much as I agree with everything else) that social isolation can be a form of bullying. She went to an all girls school and socialization with girls is much different than with men, and I wouldn’t be surprised that even though her “bullying” wasn’t being pushed down the stairs, that the “bullying” she went through was more or less being excluded or made fun of for things— which I still constitute as bullying. I do believe she exaggerates her claims, but I do think her peers were mean to her. Whether that is because of her being possibly neurodivergent? Or just her being strange? Who knows.

They’re not there, they’ve secretly run away for the night and are breathing in each other’s tomato soup armpit smells in the campervan. It’s parked just across the road and their alarm is set for 5:45 so they can sneak back in before precious little Roobee’s alarm at 6.

Not that collar:sick:
In front it looked sloppy and like it was made in 10 minutes with shaking hands, but then she turned around and this massive flap on her back... I have no words

I put ”sailor collar sewing” in the search bar on youtube and got about 10 videos that immediately look useful. But nooooo, let’s just go by what we think one might look like, and then just straight cut it out of some wrinkled ass fabric on the bed.

That’s not a collar it’s a bleeping cape 😂😂😂 she’s finally regressed to the point of running about the house playing superhero. Unreal.

Also, I'm sorry, but can you please not bring pedophilia into this discussion? It's quite a leap to suggest that an odd, spoiled child will become a pedophile as an adult. That's a bit over the top.
I also thought it was problematic to lump them in with drug addicts & alcoholics.

Ruby clearly has issues she needs to address, but first she has to get rid of the know-it-all attitude. It might sound harsh, but I really think this is her #1 barrier to seeking help. She never accepts that she's made a mistake, always tries to present herself as an expert, expects success to come instantly, becomes stroppy when challenged. These are not helpful traits when going into therapy. Therapy can feel confrontational sometimes because you're forced to look at bad coping mechanisms, flawed thinking and so on. I don't think Ruby would respond well to someone viewing her as less than perfect.

Is she... is she sitting outside, in the dark, in candlelight? 😐

I get the impression that the Bones are waiting for Ruby to grow up and move out so they can divorce and sell the house.
I suspect this is true and that on some level Ruby is aware of this and is subconsciously keeping them together by remaining their “little girl.”

Probably an unpopular opinion but sometimes I think mental health problems are overused and sometimes people do weird stuff because that is who they are and the conditions around them permit such weird stuff to occur and continue. With the Ed stuff, I am suspicious because it all feels very performative and a carbon copy of the classic ED stories. Her entire being is performative and collaborations of other people and things she perceives to make her seem gifted, unique, intelligent, kind etc. I’m not saying she doesn’t struggle or that she doesn’t have a diagnosable MH problem, but I also think attributing or explaining things to MH problems isn’t always right and maybe does harm. Like when people say “I’m a little bit ocd about cleaning” - no, you just like things to be very clean. You don’t have intrusive thoughts that if you don’t clean everything in a very specific way then something terrible will happen to you or others and get stuck in compulsions. Sorry, not sorry. End of todays rant.

I cant believe she probably spent like 1h to make a "vision board" for that collar instead of like.. Watching one YT tutorial properly and putting any kind of care into the actual sewing. Her to do list actually says "design, cut, sew". Such a good thing she made a list for this, or she could have forgotten to either cut or sew the thing
Its amazing how this collar is a perfect metaphor for her whole chanel: Lots of useless busywork to seem important and smart, then cobbling together the most careless bull while applauding herself for it and showing it off smugly on YT..

Every time. Every time I decide to stop reading Ruby's Tattle thread and just casually watch some of her videos if I feel like it, she goes on and does something weirder than ever that the youtube comments barely mention. The 5AM candlelight writing thing in January at -6 degrees is mental. It is also not real, obviously. At -6 degrees her tea in a regular cup would get cold in like 2 minutes. But it is also mental.

Sometimes I watch her videos and i think man, it must be tiring; either doing all this stuff, or fudging it to make it seem like you do. Either way that's just so much brain-effort to me? Like even if she isn't properly annotating a book for example, she still sits there for an hour and makes out like she is, and i'm just like damn... how have you got the focus for that? I would wander off after 10 minutes of pretending and go idk, stare into the fridge lol

In todays video she says she isn't productive in the afternoon and 'rarely actually gets anything done' and like, same here tbh. But she still spends time sitting there looking like she is productive, and I guess what I'm getting at is that I gotta somewhat admire the dedication if she's sitting there faking a thing, bc that just seems so draining to me lol. At a certain point, even if you're faking it, the amount of time/effort you're putting in must be a lot lmao, keeping up an act is hard work.

Like go girl, I would not have gone and sat out in the freezing cold to write, just for a video or the aesthetic, it must have been wildly uncomfortable.

Now I have visions of her bravely attempting it without the list, cutting out the pattern and then stepping back in puzzlement because she can’t remember what’s supposed to come next.

I've been having so much anxiety over my future for the past few weeks (it's been so bad, I literally broke down crying from the stress while cooking dinner more than once). it's bad to say this but watching Ruby's weird antics makes me feel better about myself lol.

Of all the things she could have use the notability app for she decided ... To rearrange her tea cover? At this point everything she does is so weird.
