I'm pretty sure she rents it out. I know Ruby earned lots of money through YouTube, but I'm guessing her parents helped financially too? But yes, she does have the option of moving into her own place.

Ah yes, her whole content is based upon her lighting candles and frolicking about her bedroom and gardens...in their house. I suppose you could add it, if you wrote it in such a way that it highlighted the transferable skills you gained while being in that role. I don't know, things like organising events, managing teams, getting funding, that sort of thing. But just writing it down like that makes it sound really childish and like she's desperately trying to pad out her CV.Also, adding Trampolining Society and Harry Potter society (VP) is definitely not the kind of thing you add to a professional LinkedIn profile as an adult. I wouldn't even have added this to my academic resume as a teen. Lol.
Yup, particularly as we know her trampolining society participation consisted of her going to one or two out of three weekly practice sessions in her final term and spending half an hour flopping around (out of a three-hour slot). Mortgage lenders are notoriously reluctant to lend to influencers because there's rarely a consistent, sustainable income, so I don't believe for a second that she got a mortgage at 18 when her channel was relatively new without her parents being heavily involved and putting up cash.
There was also lots of "Oiy'm JANUINIELY nwot making this video johst tyoo brag and byoast!" disclaimers, she "JANUINELY" saw it as a big step in her "parrsonal devalopmant" to be able to overcome her fear of living alone and was "johst syo acksoyted" to...buy a house that she had no intention of living in for several years at least. So it's a given that she uploaded the video just to brag and boast.
Watch the video in the Wiki and take a shot any time she says "JANUINELY". Your liver will be pickled before the video's finished.
Her entire CV needs to be cleaned up. I am currently job hunting and they only want recent (relevant) work experience. Most even advise against putting down all your coursework. It still baffles me that she hasn't gotten rid of "head girl" or all the things she did so long ago. I was salutatorian at my high school and I stopped putting that down on my resume once I got into college. And again, does anyone have any idea why it says she graduated in 2023 instead of 2022? She also hasn't added her current job title. the societies seem so random and not relevant to a job. I thought carefully which hobbies to put on my CV and decided to mention those that show 1. my interest in the job and 2. didn't sound boring or childish (like creating stitch markers with shrink foil, which I did the other dayI'm confused as to why her LinkedIn states that she graduated in 2023. This linkedin page just screams “I’ve never been employed before!”. If I was an employer, I’d not pay the slightest bit of attention to the fact she was VP of the Harry Potter society lmao, I’d already have clicked off the page at that point.I'm confused as to why her LinkedIn states that she graduated in 2023. On my CV I only listed the exams that are useful to clarify what my degree was in and what I learnt l. You could also write, for example, "Law degree with a focus on xx".
