Recap:
Ruby continues to do all the same deja-vu
tit she always does. Her videos are the exact same sloppy mess of timelapse footage, slapdash editing and continuity errors soundtracked by the same four songs.
Her family and uni homes are still in a state of absolute squalor.
She's allegedly hard at work on her dissertation, but the first entry in her 'Dissertation Diary' video series(?) shows zero progress has been made. The first entry was filmed a month ago. We have yet to see a second part.
She wasted a day travelling to Surrey History Centre to look at their Lewis Carroll archives, which she claimed was vital for her thesis. She has yet to shed any light on what the point of this was for an undergrad dissertation or show any footage of her visit, since all that material is readily available online or in collected books.
She's continues lying about everything. Most recent/notable lies:
- She claims she NEVER wears jeans, but got a pair for Christmas that changed her entire outlook on jeans, but she only wore them because she went to the beach [STERN FINGER POINT]. This despite her owning and wearing a whole colour spectrum of different jeans in different styles for years.
- She claims she planned, outlined and put together all her references and supporting material for her dissertation from scratch in one hour.
- She still claims her videos take place in a single day, despite continuity errors and on-screen dates showing they're assembled from multiple days filmed weeks apart.
She's going in hard with making sure there's a clock on-screen at all times in her videos now, as though that will prove the make-believe timescales of her videos.
It continues to prove nothing and only draws attention to Ruby's fabricated portrayal of how she fills her time.
Her videos are filled with more blatant undeclared ads than ever, and every video features at least one shoehorned ad for snack bars in every video, with no mention of them being gifted.
The vanity book club that she started and abandoned almost immediately because it was full of much smarter people who actually read the book have finally given up hope that she'll return. After months of her unexplained absence, they're finally starting to discuss organising Zoom meetings without her.
Waterstones still won't sponsor her, no matter how much she crams embarrassingly desperate free ads in all of her content.
She still hasn't shown any proof that a single penny of the money she took from or pledged to various charities has been paid to them.
