200k?!!!
We are currently looking for our second (forever home) and I would be snapping this up.
We are in Norfolk though and would be twice that price
Norfolk and Suffolk are so beautiful! I would love to live in those parts 💚

I found a very close relatives house on rightmove last week lol
Always weird seeing a home you know on there!
Sometimes I go on to check on my old house. Had to move when my Nan passed and the inheritance tax was too much for us to hold on to.
It’s been sold twice now and seeing the amounts it sold for us crazy!

The decor in the pics would really suit this page…but I don’t wanna out myself on tattle 😂

Edit - I sound like a stalker….but I lived there for 30 years and miss it 😢

I sometimes do the same with my childhood home, can’t believe how much it’s sold for over the years and definitely don’t like some of the changes that have been made to it 😄

I just looked up my grandpa’s old house. Haven’t seen it since it was sold after he died 15 years ago 😢. So nostalgic looking at all the rooms. Still had his photos and bits and bobs on the shelves etc in the pictures.

I've never thought to do this before but I have now! I just looked up my childhood home. They've knocked out an internal wall to make it open plan, laid terrible pine coloured flooring and accented everything with bright red. Makes me a little sad. I loved that house.

I just did the same! they have knocked through a wall and got rid of the awful conservatory, looks great now (and is about 10 times the price :ROFLMAO:)

I have a Rightmove alert for anything within half a mile of my childhood home, but it's never come up. It last sold in 2002, so no photos online either. My mother sold it in 1995 for £185k and I had this dream of getting a really good job after university so I could offer them £500k to get it back. It sold in 2002 for £533k and is now valued at around £1.5m, so I think my chances of ever living there again are pretty non-existent, barring a lottery win! Bristol has gone bonkers over the last 20 years.

The first house I bought was in South West London. It was a tiny 2 bed terrace that cost me £154k. I just looked it up and it’s on the market for £900k !!!

I’ve often dreamt of buying it back as I never wanted to sell it (Divorce) but not at that price 😳
