Quirky B&B...maybe. To live in? GOD NO. Loving the duck face there. Adds to the charm
I can imagine the estate agent going in to take photos and just wondering how they could hide that somehow :ROFLMAO:

I liked the creepy killer pics, but the other 5 bed house was way too much for me to process.

The absolute states of some house I see on Rightmove, for the price they are wanting. Get outta here😂😃

Never seen a wall cut up for a washing machine before.

Other than that think it’s a good price for the area:

Why are there no photos of the bedroom ? Or is it just that one main room? The furniture in it looks more like bedroom than kitchen furniture I guess. The washing machine thing is really weird

£300k! For THAT! This thread has really put house prices in different areas into perspective! I paid £300k for my 7 year old, detached, 4 bed with a garden, garage, and private drive o_O

It's a studio so just the one room plus a bathroom!

Yes it’s just one room, there’s a floor plan.
I’m from the north where that kind of money can get you a nice 3 or 4 bed detached house with a garage and garden, I get so shocked by London property prices

It’s a studio flat! No separate living room with those.

You pay for the postcode and the area. That one is located in Hampstead. Maida vale, St John’s wood would be similar, but those are fancier areas of London.

Given that one was actually a share of the freehold I would seriously consider it if I was buying today. I’m used to tiny living but it’s not for everyone.

House next door was turned into a block of 3 flats. New guy who I've had a crush on moved in next door paid £500,000 for a one bed flat without a garden.

god I missed the description! Even for London that seems expensive, if I was going to design a studio I would at least try to locate the kitchen in one part so there is a bit of separation, I have stayed in air bnbs like that they are really well done in basically the same amount of space, you can tell it is a house that has been divided up rather than a well thought out space imo

It would be fine as a pied a terre for someone who was just using it to sleep for a few hours during the week before heading back to their country home 😂 although I’m guessing lots of poorer london families would live in similar sized spaces in worse areas…or is that just what I see in the media

Walked past this house so many times. It looks so unusual from the outside but never expected the inside to look like this!!
The paving out the front looks like a car park.( although that might be selling point to some buyers).

I know someone who is an ancient Egypt fanatic , I can imagine their home being decorated like that flat.
