'Cash buyers only' worries me - either " constructed in brick with applied timber framing and clay panels " is non-standard enough to be unmortgageable or there are structural issues. Though it could just be the sheer amount of work that's needed.

I hope whoever buys it keeps the period features. It's lovely but no doubt a massive money pit.

Its a lovely old place, looks great but could swallow that amount of money again quite easily....
Id like a complete new kitchen but would restore that old scullery & keep

That's a beautiful house but probably would cost another £600k.plus to restore ☹

I think it's cash buyers only because there is no Kitchen therefore it's unmortgageable

You can with specialist lenders, but generally a property needs a kitchen, a bathroom, and utilities connected to be mortgageable.

It's a very nice place to live. North Norfolk - Holt is Queen Camilla's favourite place to do her Christmas shopping.

Near the sea, beautiful countryside, lovely shops. Only downer is that Andrew Mountbatten Wotsit isn't too far away. But he might be in jail by the time you've completed...

I doubt if Andrew not a prince socialises with folk in Norfolk. He’s the late queen’s son you know. Or so he was reported to say recently in response to a question from a journalist.

I love that house!!! It seems relatively inexpensive for such a beautiful property.

🤣 minus Andrew formerly known as prince, it sounds like my ideal place 🥰 I’m looking for a complete new life change. We’re looking to swap city living for the coast in the next 12months or so
