Love the fact that someone who clearly can't paint has dedicated time and effort to painting an entire house. May our confidence levels be as high and our self-perception be as wrong as this.
Now, would that be "Nah, you're alright" or would you hand her a big tub of white emulsion and a roller and and tell her to crack on?

I can just imagine her face the first time she turns up for a repaint to find an expanse of magnolia and gleaming white skirting boards.
That is truly horrific! And what a scandalous price for a terraced house in brixham. The levels of delusion from both the artist & the estate agent is off the scale!
She reckons those "paintings" have added £1.5 million in value in 2 years

How come the agent's website and the artist's own social media say that the house has taken a decade to create, yet the Zoopla says it was last sold in 2022, when the photos show a beautiful bright and airy home? Are the dates on there ever inaccurate? I am obviously still living in 2024 as I thought 2022 was 2 years ago, but still 3 years isn't longer to completely trash a house! I don't think it will sell, especially for the price they want! Property is moving slowly here anyway, no-one else is going to pay that much for another person's dubious taste.
