Looking at Rightmove & out of interest , I put in £50,000 Freehold house , thinking there must be some, somewhere.... there are loads!
This one a semi detached up North , needs a 6 week completion or sooner ( for some reason?)
If it's structurally sound & the areas alright.... mining subsidence issues? Doesn't say.....

Where do you put your clothes?
There will be a wardrobe under the bed, you can see the sliding doors plus there is more storage by the entrance along the wall. Tiny homes are actually brilliantly designed but also the people that buy them tend to have a minimalist lifestyle anyway (atleast outside of London)

Very central location and handy if you want to declutter - you can just put your unwanted items up for sale in the shop window
I did a bit of digging on this mainly because I absolutely love the colour of the building. It's been loads of different things in the last few years. It was an atelier which explains all the sewing machines, then La Mer had a pop up shop with free samples, there was some wanky digital art gallery with NFTs and cryptominting. Looks like it's set up currently for media editing and recording.

The Rightmove listing is here with more internal images. It's not very inspiring inside and I don't like the CGI mock ups either. Just as well I don't have £8mil because I'd have to pass on this one

Castle, anyone?

Oh, yes, please! I love how they've replicated the traditional painted ceilings. The Red Lion across the river at Culross has done those too, only with a humourous touch - the bar ceiling is beautifully painted with beer and spirits labels.
