Good Lord this is like a cross between the boiler room on a steam ship and the rooms gangsters use to torture people. How can people live in this?
I quite like it. It’s got cool city crash bad vibes. I’d throw in a few beanbags in faux fur though just to soften it a little.

I’ve ever seen rattan garden furniture in that colour before 🤔 is that edited or is it really p*ss colour yellow with brown cushions?
£400,000 ? And no off-street parking , nowhere for the fridge freezer in the kitchen & no bath & it's a terrace ? I'll pass on that . Think it'll still be for sale next spring.....

Too grey. Depressing. Not a bad sized house - it's not detached, it's linked to next-doors garage. They are linked. ..............at best, it's a " link- detatched"
.... agree over the council tax band...... why IS it an F...?
I don't think it is linked as they have a double garage. The gaps between the houses either side of it are tiny though, they must be right on the planning boundaries. It also seems over priced, never mind the council tax band. Madness.

I suppose at least it will be a blank canvas for the new buyer.

That is the Colin Furze house, he's been digging the tunnels and that underground room for a couple of years now, it's all just for youtube content. The underground room is supposed to be getting a car lift at some point.

He doesn't live there any more, it's little more than a film set these days.
He does my head in. His content used to be great (the 360 swing) now he's a dickhead with a few bob

I'd love these views, the location and the history of the property, but the price seems a LOT for the size of it, especially with no parking.

Agree it's a lot for what is basically a flat. You'd have no peace with tourists all around and a coffee shop below.

I'd love to look out at the cathedral every day though and imagine it's probably quite lovely very early in the morning before most people are up.

(Plus whoever wrote that description for Knight Frank is in the wrong job. What a load of tosh! It doesn't even make sense.)

I really love this.
The only thing that I was a bit 😲 about was the picture of the kids right next to the loo!
I had the same thought - I also can't work out what's going on at the wall above the sink in the same photo, and how they managed to get that wallpaper on it so neatly....
