And a floristry studio!
Can't work out that floor plan at all but did notice some rooms cant be accessed due to the floor. Presumably a lack of one

Ah the commercial kitchens and florists room make more sense when you find out it's been a wedding venue

Picture 7 reminds me of the Mr Darcy in the lake scene 🥰

Bonkers, though I appreciate the plumbed-in spittoon in the wine cellar
It looks like loads of pubs round where I grew up. That part timber faux Tudor looks. How can it be art deco when it's been completely rebuilt? Apart from it not looking at all art deco!

imagine the ghosts rattling around a 56 bedroom former care home though
I like it but it would need that spent again on it & a years work+ with a big gang of builders to convert back again - could be stunning. I'd keep some of the carpeting but most would go & the middle annexe bit joining to the house would go. Id open up the bedrooms and join 2 together for really huge rooms. Bring it down to about 18 bedrooms.
I'd keep the further angled annexe converted for friends & guests.
Plenty of parking ! 😃😃
It's a bit close boundary-wise to the church & yard

Old bog for sale/sold

"The former loo in Tunbridge Wells — which has also served as a breakfast café and an Airbnb — has been converted into a unique, one-bed property."

Its location would put me off, next door to a pub. It looks larger inside than it does on the outside. I like what they have done with it though.

I binned it - if I'm going to do surveys I'd rather do YouGov where I'm guaranteed payment for my time rather than the chance to win £150.
Oh right. I thought it might be interesting house related stuff. If it's crap I'll get rid!

Because in Wales it's based on the price in something daft like 1991.
It is everywhere, but Band A still seems wrong for that price.

I've just looked at a £700k 1930's property where I live and it's Band E. Another property £575k is Band F. £325k property Band B. All from Rightmove today.
