Service charge/mooring fee sounds incredibly cheap! I know of residential moorings in much less desirable locations which cost far more for a smaller vessel. Wouldn't be surprised if they've put annual instead of monthly on there, or it's meant to say mooring and membership extra.Dutch barge

Hermitage website seems to suggest an actual charge of around £8k per metre of boat for the membership when you buy the boat and service charge of about another £7k. But no monthly/annual mooring fee as such.
If I had the cash I'd absolutely be viewing that, although location on the pontoon might be a challenge given how busy the river can be around there.
