It's possible he can't afford to keep it. In one of his books Paul mentioned how expensive the up keep was. Paul was the breadwinner. I imagine he's devastated to have to sell.

Is that black mould on the ceiling in picture 6? Wallpaper looks like it's loose on the walls, might be a sign of damp. And the overloading on that extension cable under the desk!

That looks like an ex-LA house probably being rented out privately now. Guess the tenants don’t want to move out (maybe?) hence showing it in that condition. Quite sad if they can’t afford to rent somewhere else.

It looks like damp is causing the peeling wallpaper.

Needs a bit of tlc and someone with plenty of cash to restore it to its former glory. Love those fancy wooden gables…then I saw the location…oh dear, what a pity.

Got a PS5, flannels & tessuti bags in the bedroom but wallpaper is peeling off and one wall hasn't got any at all 😂
