A lot of the 'improvements' that have been done look really cheap or overly modern, or both - like the fitted wardrobes in the master bedroom, or some of the wood flooring. Whereas other rooms with the patterned carpet look like pub function rooms (which tracks given it used to be a Beefeater 😂 ) or an old peoples home.
I don't know the area but it feels very overpriced considering you'd need to redo pretty much every room (just replacing the carpets would cost thousands). Maybe the sellers feel it's worth more due to their 'celebrity' status?!
I’ve never heard of them.

Plus it’s only a studio. Do I want cooking smells/the humming of the fridge in my living room - no, I do not. Also where is the storage?

Service charge/mooring fee sounds incredibly cheap! I know of residential moorings in much less desirable locations which cost far more for a smaller vessel. Wouldn't be surprised if they've put annual instead of monthly on there, or it's meant to say mooring and membership extra.

Hermitage website seems to suggest an actual charge of around £8k per metre of boat for the membership when you buy the boat and service charge of about another £7k. But no monthly/annual mooring fee as such.

If I had the cash I'd absolutely be viewing that, although location on the pontoon might be a challenge given how busy the river can be around there.
Oh, if I had to live in London (or even visit regularly) and had the money I'd be right down there.

Soooo I got a bit intense and I am 90% certain it's this guys house - https://www.business-live.co.uk/economic-development/founder-stack-leisure-company-eyes-28438011 (mods please delete if not allowed)

If you put the address into Companies House it brings up his wife's name, linked to a now dissolved company, and a little bit of googling tells me that they've been trying to sell since early 2022, when the Stacks business started to fail...
Bloody hell. I know someone who knows him! 🫤

Can't edit my post but it was a garage not an old entrance. Street view showed it was the only house that looked like that. Nobody on that street looked to be using their garages for cars so might as well convert it and there's a good chance you'll walk out of your house and straight into the back of a car.

Isn't that exactly the definition of a studio though - living and sleeping all in the same room? Be interesting to see how small the bathroom is.
Surely it can’t be a shared bathroom?
This is what the description is

SHOWER ROOM Shower cubicle with electric shower, pedestal wash hand basin and low flush wc. Extractor fan.

I like this a lot but the price! Also think I'd be second guessing the glass floor upstairs like a nervous dog
It all irritates me somehow ... it’s trying so hard to be tasteful and perfect. Great chain bannister, so practical!

I see places like that and think "the spiders that are going to be hanging out there". Oh, the spiders that will be in there.
They certainly like using white! (probably so the spiders show up better!)

The picture of the seashell made me laugh with its pointlessness.
Why is half the screen taken up with the property name and scrolling arrows? I want full screen photos, dammit!
