I just skipped through it so don’t have the exact details but it went something like this:
- she was planning on a hypnobirth at home but she ended up in hospital when her waters didn’t break fully. Things weren’t progressing after a few hours so they did a forceps birth (I think, wasn’t listening properly). After the birth she said she hadn’t slept for about 3 days and was hearing voices thinking the staff were telling her she was a bad mum and would take the baby from her. It was some sort of psychosis and she had to have therapy for it but it’s gone away now.
Oh and she also had an episiotomy. she cried several times during the podcast and it all just seemed very self indulgent

Did she really just feel the need to justify her eating one tiny chocolate egg over the concern that the baby will get a sweet tooth? She makes it sound like this kid would be devouring 2kg of dairy milk each day if she dared touch another one.
The irony of how the next post mentions eating disorder week too  maybe I’m a greedy bastard but it’s one tiny egg, her then needing to explain why she’s eaten it (“nobody is perfect”) seems bordering on disordered eating to me.
What a feckin prat. Of course it’s borderline eating disorder. Before she started to carve out her way as the “only voice of reason” for having a healthy relationship with food (yawn)... I heard her on a radio interview a few years back saying something along the lines of her avoiding dessert because it was bad. She’s all fake. Her message is all a facade.

We’ve been saying this on the thread for a while, her eating does seem very disordered - everything is measured
A lot of people in the wellness wanker and nutrition industries have been known to say she has disordered eating. There’s one particular wannabe who goes around slating her..with reason..but yeah.

She makes me want to slap her with a large wet haddock. Smug, patronising, disingenuous brat. Wonder if the ASA have been in touch with her yet. I’m being kept as busy as she is with her full on life, reporting her “hidden” ads. She’s a disgrace to her industry.

This is so very sad. There needs to be regulation around this, her clients will be so vulnerable to this type of imagery
Technically there is. AfN does state that you should act ethically and responsibly in their ethics. I don’t know if they would categorise this as that or frown upon this constant emaciated display given her area of work in EDs or not though.

My little boy is 15 months and I do 'don't offer don't refuse' with him rather than set feeds. Sometimes he wants it 3-4 times a day (for comfort, if he's teething, if he's tired, if he catches a glimpse of them and remembers they exist... lol), sometimes just once before bed. I don't think the amount of feeds she's giving him is unusual, I think it's more that they're at fixed times like a baby might have, so they're more like 'feeds' than just boob for comfort. Wanting things to fit in neat routines and schedules to be a recurring theme with Rhiannon.

Yeah BF is such an unfathomable abbreviation isn’t it! Mind you Rhi doesn’t think us plebs can understand calories either because we don’t have a degree in nutrition.

Right. Like I would fully accept if someone wanted to move away from my child. I would get annoyed if they started muttering about their hatred of children or said something rude. But if they want to move how does that harm you as the parent?!

Go to this page and scroll down to ‘continue’ :) then you just need to put in some details about it and I always include a screenshot.

I also referenced the “How do I present this?” page from this guide as Rhiannon’s ad disclosure is basically everything it says not to do.
Great, thanks! I wanted to report her honeymoon because she was obviously gifted that stay but she didn’t disclose any discount, etc.

Oh dear.....here we go on the slippery slope of preaching to one and all about Motherhood 10 days in! Get a grip Rhi! You don’t look like a ‘normal’ mother, you look amazing and know full well you do!
and why is she posting pictures of her tit hanging out when she’s not actually feeding the child?

She’s so smug showing ‘the reality’ - this is not the reality - most women aren’t that thin at the end of the pregnancy and here she is showing off stretch mark free thin body and says this is normal (normal for her but not for the majority).
Baby is so cute though!

That seems to be what most influencers do when they've got something they want to craftily announce...

She's put it near the begining but it's not clear
She knows fully well it’s supposed to be with a hashtag. 🙄
And re her book…she always seems to think she’s reinventing the wheel or building a whole new one…do us a favour and pull the other one luv 🙄🙄

Todays stories where she lists activities to do in lockdown. Her current one says 'daily walks' as one of the ideas in the list but I swear she posted an identical one earlier that said 'daily walks x2'. Shes edited it, but what a strange thing to amend...?

Do you think she realises it makes her claim of being too busy seem daft? If you are fitting in twice daily walks but complaining that you don't have time to rest, you're prioritising the wrong thing.

I can’t be bothered to listen - does anyone want to give a summary!? 😂
I thought I'd take one for the team and listen (need a bit of a distraction at the moment). I'm 40 seconds in and I have so many regrets. So far it's just a massive ad for a pushchair - her Bugaboo has "become part of the family" jesus christ

Update: within the first 2 mins she's referred to herself as a best-selling author and founder of London's leading nutrition clinic. The music is also ridiculously annoying.

Another update: this is stupidly petty but I wish she'd learn to pronounce birth (not birfff) if she's going to talk about it for an entire hour.
