Aer Lingus say they don’t allow emotional support animals in the cabin. Only trained service animals for disabilities. Does Kaelin have a disability, and is that dog a trained service animal??

Are lingus lied.
The dog is not a service animal, he has never been highlighted as one in their travels and he would need a specific harness etc to be easily identifiable as a working dog.
