The Doors was a film my dad loved and I remember watching it with him several times. My mom was weirded out by the whole movie saying all those desert scenes etc. were strange, she disliked them all being stoned and whatever. In short, she could never understand the whole vibe of the film. But I did. Incidentally, my dad passed away at the same age as Val.
Val Kilmer was also an underrated Batman
I thought Val Kilmer died years ago. I think I get him mixed up with another actor who died.
I thought he was brilliant as Batman
Heat is one of my favourite films of all time, certainly my most-watched.
