Uh really hate it when she posts her random at home workout, she needs to be consistent if she wants any results not bleeping once every month when's she got duck all to do.

A couple of hours after this kicked off LJC posted something on Instagram about "self growth is only achieved when you stop blaming everybody else for your actions and take responsibility"I love it because they ALL read and get off on this site.
