The thing is can anyone remember as an adult a holiday you had when you were ten or six ?

But as an adult can you remember the anxiety and feeling of not being good enough at school when you didn't understand something but the rest of the class did ?

That small seed of self doubt grows into a whole bigger problem through the rest of school and in to adult life

A parent's job is to encourage children to enjoy school and to help them in every way , not scupper every chance and not pay attention to what kids need .
