I don't see a problem with someone having a surgery because they want to change something they don't like, if it makes them feel better, their choice. What I do not get is making very drastic changes, on verge of identity changes if you know what I mean. Each face is unique and that is fine, that is how it should be. Often the surgeries just make a person look like 10 or 1000 of others who had similar ones.
It is not particularly just about her now, but I am always a bit worried how one adapts to seeing a completely changed face of yourself (and what happens when you get older, and how people you knew/know are supposed to recognise you) (Erasing traces of old look from the internet is a whole another story)
