Restrict carbs to 50gm a day. Drink a lot of water. Move your body. Remove caffeine, salt and sugar from your diet.
This is what I have done since November 2021 and I have lost 63lbs
What does the most relaxing place look like?
My most relaxing place is the bath with candles, a bath bomb and a movie playing on the iPad. Bit of a rubbish answer really but it’s my calm place
