What advice would you give someone who is being gaslighted in a relationship but has nowhere else to go and no family or friends to turn to?

Gaslighting is emotional and mental abuse. Speak to your local council - they will find you accommodation at a women's refuge where you will get support and advice in becoming independent.

Do you ever get bad nightmares (I've just woken up from one) ?

I was being chased by two cartoon characters. Doesn't sound too bad but they had really angry faces. I had a packet of fruit pastilles before bed so maybe that set me off in some way.


Do you have any pets?
