I'm a little shocked at her appearance.
I have a 13 year old. Loves make up and hair etc. She went to a friend's party a few weeks ago and she had made herself look so lovely, a bit grown up and she could have passed for maybe a 15 year old. But it was a party. No eyebrows or eyelashes done. No fake nails. Then the next day she was back looking like a 13 year old.
I know if she had asked for eyebrows and lashes like that, it would have been a firm no.

Just went and had a nosey. I feel really sad that she's just entering her teens and she's portraying herself in such a way already. Massive alarm bells when there seems to be little to no safeguarding in place.

Edie is 13 yet looks in her early 20's. Who is allowing all that make up, the eyebrows and lashes? It's terrifying!
i just asked my husband how old he thinks she is, giving no hint at all. He guessed early to mid twenties, “but it’s hard to tell with that much makeup on”. He was horrified when I told him.
I asked my just 9 year old great niece who has friends with teenage sisters - she said about 23.

My now 29 year old was still playing with Bratz dolls at 12/13. Why does she think having a 13 year old that looks like that is a flex ?
She's a child masquerading as a young adult and it's damn scary.
I think Rachel would have loved one of her daughters to have a teen pregnancy. It would bring her the attention she craves and she would have gotten endless content out of it.
And in my view she has actively encouraged it by the way she has parented her girls; she has overseen them all dressing provocatively, has failed to safeguard them, and leaves them to go out wherever they like locally with alcohol and drugs. I think she’d relish it if Edie had a young pregnancy. Awful really.
I do hope they all have the sense to take contraception and not seek the unconditional love their mother has never shown them by having a baby too soon. They all deserve to enjoy everything that early adulthood (away from their abusers) has to offer.

I really don’t know why she’s shocked that a (then) serving police officer would face consequences when his wife frequently and publicly spoke about his son taking drugs! And no Rachaele, it is NOT normal teen behaviour to be a habitual drug user.
Have they ducked off away again? On Edies birthday too?
