I reckon that it was only when McGowan got home shortly after 6pm and he saw how bad Preston was, that it was him who insisted they must take him to hospital, and they set off about 6.20pm.

There are so many inconsistencies in his story it’s unbelievable. And the fact that he no comments when he can’t think of an excuse are ridiculous.

Id read there was evidence water had been in the bath when the police checked after preston died
I wouldn’t assume that at all, although it might be a handy defence if he’s prepared to throw JV under the bus and get away with far lesser charges. It’s happened plenty of times before in these sorts of situations. They’ll want as much info on JV as they can possibly get, and I’m sure he has plenty. In my view he is completely complicit in the abuse, even if he didn’t participate in the final, fateful act.
Yes yesterday they said there was water residue in the bath. I wonder if they mean the bath water wasn't still in the bath, as he claimed neither of them drained it?

At the very least he is complicit and has enabled abuse. To my mind that makes him an accessory to this poor little baby's brutal murder.

The fact the doctors said he bought up a milky liquid i can only assume this is semen as surely nothing would be coming up with the amount of sick that day along with bruised back of throat its absolutely disgusting to think about... Yer but surely if they was using drowning in bath as an excuse they would fill the bath up i mean he had plenty of time over an hour to fill bath up ... it all just doesnt make sence
