I think this is the one I have too 😂

I could do with getting a little separate bag to put the nappy stuff in so I can just take it out if anyone has any recommendations?
I got a set of 3 from SHEIN, just chuck the nappies, nappy sacks and wipes in one of those then whilst we’re out I just take that out of the main bag and into the baby change with me 😊

I say it all the time but these things.
you can just grab and take to the baby change without rifling through the whole bag. If you’re breast feeding, it’s all you need while their clothes are tiny. I can fit a change of clothes in the pockets and a large muzzy folded into it.

This bag is good too as you can put the nappy stuff in those front netted bits and just flap that down for easy access. On sale today. But doesn’t have an insulated pocket so maybe not best for bottles or snacks later without a cool bag. I live it but there might be better options if you want lots of dedicated pockets. It’s not specifically a nappy bag.

Only one person brought her partner but he was told he had to wait outside in the cafe area and she was allowed to go sit with him during the 2 hour wait. The rest of us without a partner had to wait in the same room. No results yet, I noticed the app was updated at 1pm and again at 6pm there but nothing is on so I don’t actually know what’s been updated!
Hopefully if you haven’t heard anything it was negative 🤞🏼 HG and GD is the worst combination. As if your foods aren’t limited enough without adding GD in.

Has anyone else heard this? Our midwife told us that Entonox (gas and air) is being shown to be causing infertility in midwives and paramedics! Something to do with the stuff that the patient breathes out after using it. It doesn’t affect the patient themselves but it does affect those in the room. So at my hospital they aren’t using gas and air in small rooms?! So weird
Yes, in our trust we’ve had to have scavenger units put in to take away the excess entonox. I had low folate and B12 from it, and took a year to fall pregnant after falling pregnant very quickly with the other two! It’s become quite a common thing in trusts

Yes, it’s been that way for a while at our trust with us having to be aware of the risks. We still allow the use of entonox but there have been occasions where it’s made us feel unwell/dizzy/dry mouth when the woman has been using it! I know we had new systems put in place to help the staff.
I’ve had 3 mc since working in maternity but can’t say whether it’s related or not.

Yea it’s been around for couple years now . We were involved in trials where we wore monitors to monitor the gas levels in the room but they’ve now developed machines that the entonox plugs into where it breaks down the gases involved but I guess the older hospitals won’t have these yet

So annoyed with my work, I’ve sent in my maternity forms over 6 weeks ago and have been waiting for a reply ever since because I didn’t think I was entitled to any maternity pay, but wanted HR to fully confirm everything and give me anything I need. Had to keep chasing them now they’ve finally got back to say I’m not entitled to anything so I need to apply for maternity allowance. They’ll send me the SMP1 form in a few days. I finish up next week! Does anyone know how long it takes for maternity allowance to be processed? This could’ve been applied for weeks ago to save any delays!

I’m literally waiting to hear back from my claim, have missed a call from the DWP today and it’s been about a month since I applied. Received a text to confirm they’d received my application about 5 days after I sent it.

I had my 20 week scan today, but baby was so chilled out and hidden behind the placenta they couldn’t get all the readings they needed so have been booked back in for 2 weeks time. 🙈 far too chilled and stubborn- it’s definitely our child alright 😅 on the positive I get to see the little one again soon 🥹

Not accurate in my opinion. My mum researched it obsessively after my 12 week scan and was convinced it's a girl but it's a boy
I posted in a group and they said boy but I feel like it’s now spoilt it hahahaha major regrets

So far I tried the ring theory (says a girl), by shettles theory it should also be a girl and I’m starting to really break out and they say girls steal mum’s beauty? 😂 I hope they’re all right haha.
