Ive heard people say about how they’d eat so healthy if they where pregnant 🙄🙄 I’m just like yea it’s a completely different story when you actually are it’s not you don’t want to you just sometimes physically can’t and sometimes it’s your just eating what you can keep down too. Literally I want coco pops or Frosties for breakfast 😂😂 sometimes have porridge i don’t have them everyday but a few times a week sometimes it’s 2 eggs and toast or a toasted bagel. Then for lunch might just be super noodles or tinned soup 🙈🙈 sometimes for dinner it’s tinned soup or it’s a takeaway 🙈🙈
I said that when I found out I was pregnant 😂I had all the best intentions of eating healthily, loads of fruit and veg, no takeaways... last week I had McDonald’s, Pizza Hut and subway all in the same week 🙈

Like everyone’s said, eating whatever we can is better than trying to force down something healthy. I’m telling myself I’ll try and eat better once the sickness phase passes (yeah right) 😂

You do here for the first year after their born I’m not sure about when your pregnant though. I plan to hopefully go get any fillings or anything I need done I usually pay about £70-£80
That’s good either way though! Definitely worth getting stuff done while it’s free too.

Really unpleasant isn’t it 😣 I was going to cook a stir fry tonight but all I really fancy is something like beans on toast! x

We were going to have salmon but the thought of it now makes me want to puke. We ended up getting a McDonald’s. What baby wants hey 😂

I had a McDonald’s on Saturday and just had a chippy there 🙈🙈 Pre pregnancy I had quite a balanced diet would have still had a takeaway once a week but hoping once I’ve the baby i can go back to a more balanced diet again 🙈🙈

Not sure if this is right but I’m sure when you’re pregnant you get free dental care? Apparently pregnancy can take its toll on your teeth - if that is true I’ll defo be making use of it! I’m not normally a sweets person but I devoured a pack of those fizzy rainbow belt sweets in one go the other day 😂
Yes you get it free whilst your child is up to the age of 1.
However, a lot of dental work can't be carried out during pregnancy.

I also think it has to be an NHS dental practice

Pregnancy eating is hilarious.

When I was pregnant with my son in my third trimester I became obsessed with a specific chocolate cake with double cream - it was for 4 people. I convinced myself that if I ate it for my main meal, rather than as a dessert it wasn’t that bad and would eat the whole thing.

My husband bought me one after I gave birth as a treat and I couldn’t eat it and I’ve never eaten it since.

No one can justify food like a pregnant woman 😂

yes free when pregnant and for one year afterwards 😊 means you can get good fillings without paying 🙈🙈 Unfortunately covid means it’s almost a year since we saw our dentist but finally booked in for next month, thank heavens. My teeth - actually more my gums - are shot to hell. I’ve been pregnant and/or breastfeeding non stop since 2012, and it has take its toll massively

nothing at all to do with the fizzy sweets and drinks 🤣 (because I eat them all the time, pregnant or not!)

Bloody love some fizzy belts.

I usually pay extra to get white fillings if I need any and their usually £65 but including the app and they usually do a hygiene clean it ends up costing me about £80 and I need a filling in my bottom tooth so defiantly gonna make the most of it but mine still aren’t taking apps atm

Yes now you’ve mentioned it I think I did have to pay a surplus for the white fillings (all mine are slowly getting changed to white) but still much cheaper than paying the whole lot! That’s why I keep having kids 🤣

Dentists seem to have no standard atm. Some are open for appointments, some only for emergencies, it’s all over the place.
