So frustrating that a young person who can't even spell or grammar check a crap blog, spends her days eating avocado on toast and photographing it can afford a house. I'll just be over here in a corner crying at the fact I'm nearly 40 and have worked hard on a career and still can't afford to buy. Spoilt twits!

Youtubers DO think they work hard though that's the problem. Reality is a lot of them get people doing the editing etc for them - I've actually seen one big youtubers 'team' on a freelance website looking for someone to do work for very little, designing merchandise.... All that hard work they put into Merch huh..... that's where the easy money lies - look at the Paul brothers, but thats for another thread I guess.
They actually think they are A list celebs a lot of them time and you'd be privileged to work for them.

I wasn’t surprised as a few of my uni mates have bought houses and they were freshers when I was doing masters, so around 25 years old and managed to buy houses by themselves in the uk. That shocked me but I’m not from the UK so it’s far less easy where I live now.

I’m pretty sure she lied. Why does nobody ever assume they just lie in the stories? I’ve noticed it far more than just sneakily wording smth. Most people lie, and so do they it’s nothing new.
