I agree Plouise does it to the extreme and I’m like there’s literally no need because whites people have and abundance of nude shades poc do notOh yeah definitely.... but when i see it on white models, the contrast doesnt work
Yes I agree. There are no safety measures in place in the academy for its reopening either. Lots of places are showing their risk assessments, explaining the new protocols you can expect when go in - face masks, hand sanitising stations, no refreshments, additional sanitising. She’s more interested in opening her post.

(I totally messed this post up the first time I did it)This is one of the owners... another BBL, Turkey teeth, over-done fillers and gigantic boob job types... they pay all the “influencers”/geordie shore lot to get their lashes done there and they’re so unprofessional. They have a space in one of the PLouise salons. She was really bigging them up for a while, but then started posting that she had been elsewhere for lashes, so she probs fell out with them too.Just seen the Dubai story, not very “on brand” - posting dares and pissing everyone off. I don’t like the lip liners and the word babe is getting too much . I made a complaint to plouise as my base came and there was oil coming out like cooking oil I can’t really explain .... I instagram messaged and all I got was “ email us babe “ no sorry or anything I emailed 3 times from May and still no reply I now give up

Also those brushes look really cheap the metal on them . I honestly just really don’t like the packaging it puts my off . That suitcase will be getting binned anyway wouldn’t thank you for that thing ...

Why is she saying she only brings out products where she thinks she can improve price and quality? The only different thing she's done for the industry is the base. There's thousands of eyeshadows, brow products & standard nude lipsticks.
Every single makeup brand would also say that their products are better on price/quality/performance?!! I’m not sure why she thinks that makes her any different?
I personally don’t like the “babe”, “queen”, “hun” language either... I think it’s unprofessional and condescending. Though, Charlotte Tilbury usually uses “darling” (which I also don’t like)... but I doubt her complaints department does!

Her customer service is a joke! On a makeup group on Facebook a girl posted that the paints & bases just don't work for her. (She's got hooded lids & it's settling in the crease) & Paige said "are you using the patting motion babe... the pa pa pat will change the formula finish" then finally said she'll put a video up of the technique this week once she digs though old footage. Just stop manifesting for 5 minutes and remake new footage. A helpful reply would have been best first.
There’s going to be tit customer service... she just has a few kids answering the messages / emails, and they don’t give a tit because you’re not an influencer / celebrity. It’s disgusting. I’m actually yet to hear a positive experience about her courses to be honest!

If I email you with a complaint, I expect it to be treated professionally and taken seriously, not brushed aside like we're long-time pals.
