Long time lurker, first time poster but geeeze money saving she is not, talk about being in debt but I buy all the big brands, but that’s okay because I’m ‘paid’ by sponsors to do an ad when I feel like it. so I’ll hit and miss push their brands so I don’t need to get a real job but I’ll spend all day on my phone moaning about how “tough” life is as a momma. She really needs to get a grip on life, juggling a full time job with unpaid overtime time plus family life and trying to deal with your own personal stuff would really make her see how good she has it and how “boobin” and being a mum is actually a luxury as some people can’t have their own kids let alone have kids they chose to ignore and bury their face in a phone. If she’s like that with her own family & pets hate to think what she is like with people she classes as friends, oh wait they will have to be influencers too.

My kids are the same age. Due to COVID I've never had to do a solo bedtime but if I did, I'd just get the eldest in their room reading or on the ipad while I put the baby down and then it's their turn. Surely not content or rocket science?!
Too much like hard work for our Feebs!

It’s really sad they don’t socialise as a couple, I start to feel sorry for her because she must be lonely and then I remember she’s actually a bit of a dick so I snap out of it

Even before they had kids though it seemed they lived separate lives- Jim didn’t feature much apart from holidays or birthday parties etc. Think they’ve both settled but marriage is obviously not on the cards because she’s got a bit touchy about that topic in the past.

I bet the house is just in his name too.

I'm 100% sure she said years ago in a question and answer post when someone asked why they weren't married and she replied with "Waiting for Jim" or "Ask Jim" something like that.
But all of a sudden now, they just don't want to
So in other words, she wants to but had given up waiting for him

It must be hard when one of you in a long term relationship is desperate for marriage but the other isn’t. Marriage isn’t for everyone, I get that but surely after 20 odd years you either accept it’s never going to happen or it’s a bitter sore spot still. She is definitely the latter.
I agree with not having her hands on his money, there has got to more to it than meets the eye. I wonder if she’s ever proposed to him and he’s said no?

I remember years ago she definitely said it’s Jim’s choice NOT to get married. Then a few years later apparently it’s a joint decision. I only remember her saying that about Jim because she did make such a big deal about it at the time. But now it’s them both

I have to say, my 3 year old and baby go to bed at 6.
Again, hate to defend her but
Not my 'choice' exactly but she struggles to stay up longer and doesn't get up until 7 at the earliest so I know she needs it
