He’s said he was starting to hate himself. No excuse, but perhaps that’s why he’s been considered “not nice” behind the scenes, because he hated himself?
He's not just coming out though is he.. He's coming out after nearly 30 years of marriage. And his wife hasn't been 'just kissing' him.. She's been married to him, had children with him and will now be doubting the validity of her life and memories. I don't think anyone is gay bashing (i'm definitely not), they're just ex pressing sympathy for his wife.God, I hope none of you ever have to go through coming out. The comments here are absolutely awful. It must have been heartbreaking to realise that you're living a life you're not meant to. Also, love is more than about who you're currently kissing so I do not think that his wife has been living a "wasted life" you all need to realise what it's like for homosexual people to admit their truths. No wonder so many people stay in the closet when comments like these ones are being made.
She knew. There is no way he'd have been able to have that best friend relationship with Holly if she didn't know. Let's be honest no one would put up with that. I often thought about how Holy's husband put up with it ..and now we know.I cant help but feel sorry for Steph his wife. 27 years of her life down the drain
Reaching so far you’ll need a chiropractor..Maybe someone has the dirt on him liking underage boys. With all the Weirdos being outed of late, who knows, but def something more than being. gay
I like Rylan, he seems very genuine & is close to Ruth & Eamon, he stepped in at short notice for Ruth when her sister passed away & I remember Eamon saying what a support he’d been to her. He was on a flight I was on earlier this year & I’d always thought he was a bit of a diva but he was very quiet, obliging to the crew who asked for a picture with him & it changed my opinion of him.I think I read that a while ago that rylan had stepped back from TM through choice as he didn't like how things were run and people were treated. I am pretty sure the article suggested he was alluding to smarmy Pip even then!
I have to stop flicking between threads. For a minute there I wondered why Philip Schofield was liking Meghan Markle's posts in 2011 and why they were out drinking together when she was turning 18!There were screenshots of PS liking MM’s social media post from 2011....and a video of him and PS out drinking together when MM was turning 18
Moe, I do not think anyone on here is homophobic in the least. There is(are) another issue(s) at play here. Philip coming out publicly yesterday appears to be stage managed. Apparently, it has been well known in television and showbusiness circles for a long time that he is gay, so nobody is shocked. Yesterday's admission came across as a damage limitation exercise orchestrated by ITV and James Grant management who appear to supply most of the presenters on ITV. Philip appeared on a Friday when it is Eamonn and Ruth's slot when he could have spoken out on the Monday to Thursday shows. Why? Either someone was going to out him in the Sunday tabloids and they wanted to get there first. Or, it's a great way of uniting Phil with Eamonn and Ruth on screen to shut down the feud rumours which were very prevalent during the National TV awards the week before. This is a great distraction. I believe the contributors on this site are cynical about the way this episode has been handled rather than being homophobic.Regards to Philip Schofield I just feel ok whatever, but some of the comments on this thread have made me feel so sad for people coming out.
I was fortunate to live in Brighton/Hove for many years growing up and working there. I worked with many gay people and it was just normal society. We had wonderful times working socialising and I’m going back many many years ago.
It’s just unbelievable that there are still other places in this country that are still so bloody ignorant.
Or before he was a dick to RuthHe could have come out 10 or 15 years ago though
