Yeah it all seems a bit odd, you’re probably right there re budgets. Hopefully this is a stop gap before they make it onto 6Music

He made a dig at ‘whybhave a radio show. Just have 2 podcasts’ when they were talking about James Acaster right at the end of the pod.

Because BBC decides where to put the content it owns I suppose. I don’t know, it does still confuse me a bit how it’s all working, and I appreciate your friends sometimes being confused about some of your choices, but they all still seem pals so I assume he was making a comment as a producer? Would hope it’s not a dig

Vin used to drive me maaaad on the old podcast. He was not the same tone as J & E at all.

I thought it was funny! They often joke about all of Ed's podcasts too.

The world of podcasts is just weird and funny these days. Like Ed is hosting a 'visualised podcast' on the Traitors for next season on BBC Two. Which...sounds to me like a tv show? But per the Beeb, it's a 'visualised podcast' haha.

Yesterday on the pod, John mentioned that he was taking his FTGF to ate at service for NYE. People are already discussing going there to see him. Fuckssake! Absolute creeps.
