I may be wrong, but I think they had to do quite a bit of filler for Rob being away filming Traitors and so things aren't necessarily being put out in order so it's either emails or "best of" eps.

I mean maybe, but Rob's only been back from Traitors a week, which they also speak about, so seems unlikely. Really seemed like it was follow on from the same recording released on Friday but could be wrong.

I never listen to the guest ones unless it’s someone I really like. I just don’t rate Josh and Rob (mainly Rob) as interviewers, they’re just not that much fun to listen toI’ve deleted the guest ones from my downloaded list
For many reasons (and I’m not moaning!), I have had one childfree night in 7.5 years and I STILL haven’t felt compelled to right a book about it. She’s insufferably entitled and spoilt.

Tinie Tempah episode was very interesting. It's good hearing him talk about therapy, working on other passion projects while taking a break from music. He respected his children's privacy and his partner's with no bad words said about her. Hearing him talk about how he built up from nothing. Good episode to listen to
